Production Operative | Temp to Perm (Harlow area)

We are recruiting key Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in the Harlow area. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity after 12 weeks in a clean, modern working environment, with full training and ongoing support provided.

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Hours (unpaid breaks):
Monday-Thursday: 07:55-16:40
Friday: 07:55-15:25
(15-minute break + 30-minute lunch - both unpaid)

Duties include:

• Operating semi-automated machinery and equipment

• Assembling products using small components and hand tools

• Following step-by-step processes and digital instructions

• Conducting quality checks throughout production

• Maintaining high accuracy and consistency

• Working effectively within a team

We're looking for people with a strong work ethic, great attention to detail, and hands-on ability, who can follow digital instructions and work well with others.
