About the Role:
You will take ownership of industrialisation activities across a range of Assembly Projects, leading cross-functional teams to successfully introduce new products and processes into production. As the key focal point for industrialisation, you will drive the delivery of efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality assembly solutions while ensuring projects meet programme objectives and manufacturing requirements.


Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of industrialisation activities for Assembly Projects, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and industry standards.
* Coordinate and collaborate with multifunctional teams, including engineering, production, quality, purchasing, and methods, to deliver robust and timely results.
* Support Transfer of Work projects, coordinating relevant activities, managing project timelines, and ensuring smooth handovers.
* Apply technical expertise to identify and implement cost-effective assembly methods and new production technologies (e.g., 3D printing).
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including the adoption of Lean principles and best practices within assembly processes.
* Facilitate effective communication and information flow between project stakeholders, escalating issues and driving timely resolution.
* Support the development and standardisation of administrative processes, documentation, and reporting templates for industrialisation activities.
* Monitor, analyse, and report on industrialisation metrics, using data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
* Coordinate and support site-level assembly initiatives as needed.



What You'll Bring:

*Experience supporting industrialisation or manufacturing projects.
*Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
*Skilled in developing and managing production roadmaps and project plans.
*Experience managing budgets and controlling project costs.
*Knowledge of pilot production, production ramp-up, and mass production readiness.
*Working towards or holding a recognised project management qualification (APM or PRINCE2).
*Good understanding of engineering activities and project lifecycles.
*Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
