About the Role

We are currently seeking an Assembler to join a busy and growing manufacturing team. Working as part of a small production team, you will be responsible for assembling large engineered structures and components to specification before final installation.

This is a hands-on role that requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to follow technical drawings, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.



Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble fabricated structures and components to required specifications and quality standards.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
  • Fit panels, hydraulic rams, and basic electrical components.
  • Safely use a variety of hand tools and equipment.
  • Identify and resolve assembly issues as they arise.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures.
  • Keep work areas clean, organised, and efficient.
  • Work collaboratively within a small production team to meet build schedules.


Skills & Experience Required

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
  • Previous experience using hand tools is essential.
  • Basic electrical knowledge.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
