Assembly Operative

Shifts:

• Days: Monday–Thursday, 06:30–1530 Friday 0630-1230

Or

• Nights: Sunday–Wednesday, 2000–0630

Pay

Day Shift: £13.35 rising to £15.19  (once fully trained)

Nights shift: £14.35 rising to £16.19 (once fully trained)  

The Role

Join a modern, clean production facility assembling timber products for the construction industry. You’ll use hand tools such as hammers and nail guns, follow clear instructions, and work to achievable targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or construction (preferred but not essential)
• Confidence using hand tools (hammers, nail guns, etc.)
• Happy with physical and repetitive work
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Team player with good attention to detail
