Assembly Operative

Location: Hellaby, Rotherham
Hourly Rate: £13.43ph
Contract: Ongoing Temporary
Shifts Available:

• Days: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 2:00pm & Friday, 6:00am – 1:30pm
• Afternoons: Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm & Friday, 1:30pm – 9:00pm
  Pay: Competitive hourly rate
  Start Date: Immediate Start Available

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business in Sheffield. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity with immediate starts available for reliable and hardworking individuals.

• Assembling products to a high standard using hand and power tools.
• Following engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
• Carrying out quality inspections throughout the assembly process.
• Preparing components for assembly.
• Packing completed products ready for dispatch.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Reporting any quality issues or defects.
• Working safely and following all health and safety procedures.
• Supporting other departments when required to meet production targets.

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential).
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good timekeeping and reliability.
• Immediate availability to start work.
