38 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join a busy manufacturing business in Poole due to a significant increase in orders.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company.

Duties for the successful Assembly Operative will include:
  • Assembly of precision products and components
  • Following detailed assembly instructions and procedures
  • Carrying out quality checks throughout the assembly process
  • Maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Working as part of a team to meet production targets
What we're looking for in the Assembly Operative:
  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred
  • Good hand dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable and committed individuals with a strong work ethic
We are also keen to hear from candidates with transferable skills from other industries who are practical, quick to learn and able to follow detailed processes.
