Job Title: Hands-On Assembly & Servicing Technician

Position Type: Ongoing Temporary
Start Date: ASAP / Immediate Start
Location: Near Stansted Airport (CM22 area)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Friday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (Early weekend finish!)
• No weekend or evening work required.

About the Role

Are you practical, good with your hands, and looking for immediate, ongoing stable work. We are seeking a reliable candidate to join our busy returns and servicing team. You will be working on customer-returned high-end sporting equipment-diagnosing issues, swapping out parts, and prepping new or refurbished stock for distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on Servicing: Dismantle, and assemble mechanical units according to easy-to-follow instructions.
• Component Replacement: Change out batteries, wiring cables, wheels, and other modular mechanical parts.
• Quality & Rework: Examine customer returns, run basic diagnostic checks,
• Stock Control: Input basic details into a computer database to track components and update stock inventory levels.

What We Are Looking For

• Practical Mindset: Strong manual dexterity and comfort using basic hand tools.
• Reliability: A dependable worker who can maintain excellent attendance .
• Basic Computer Skills: Ability to handle simple data entry and stock tracking on a PC.
• Immediate Availability: Ready to start work straight away this week.
