We are currently recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals looking for ongoing work with consistent hours and a great working environment.

As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling electrical components and sub-assemblies to a high standard, ensuring all products meet quality and production requirements.

• Assembling electrical components and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools.
• Following assembly instructions, technical drawings, and work procedures.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
• Identifying and reporting any faults or defects.
• Packing and preparing completed products for dispatch.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working area.
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
