Pertemps are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives on behalf of our client based in Moreton-in-Marsh.
This is an ongoing temporary position with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract for the right candidates.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop new skills, learn a trade, and build a long-term career within a growing manufacturing environment. Full training will be provided, making this role suitable for candidates with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am – 3:00pm
Pay Rate:
- £12.71 per hour
- Additional 15% attendance bonus, increasing the hourly rate to £14.62 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling products using hand and power tools
- Following technical drawings and assembly instructions
- Measuring and checking components to ensure quality standards are met
- Preparing materials and components for assembly
- Conducting quality inspections throughout the production process
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets
What We're Looking For:
- Good attention to detail
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work with hand tools and follow instructions
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is desirable
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
