Our client in Sheerness, Kent is recruiting for Assembly Operative to join a busy manufacturing and production team. This Production Assembler role offers full-time hours and is ideal for candidates with experience in assembly, production, manufacturing, factory work, and hand tools.

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday; 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM; 45 paid hours per week

  • Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour – PAYE via Pertemps 

  • Contract Details: Temporary ongoing Assembler job until September. Ideal for students, seasonal workers, or candidates seeking short-term work

Assembly Operative Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Production Assembler, Assembly Operative, Production Operative, Line Operative or Manufacturing Operative
  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
  • Basic knowledge of wiring, electrical assembly, or mechanical assembly
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Experience in factory, warehouse, workshop, or production environments
  • Reliable and able to work full-time hours
