Assembly Operative

We are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join a busy manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role working within a production environment, assembling products using a range of hand and power tools.

Duties include:

• Assembling components to required standards
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Following work instructions and production schedules
• Conducting basic quality checks
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Supporting other areas of production as required

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience (preferred but not essential)
• Be comfortable using hand and power tools
• Have good attention to detail
• Be reliable and able to work as part of a team
• Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
