Thrive Personnel Ltd  are recruiting for Wooden Furniture Assembly Operatives for our client in Leeds.

We're a growing wooden furniture manufacturer looking for a dedicated and skilled Assembly Operative to join our workshop team. If you take pride in your work and enjoy seeing a product come together, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Assembling various types of wooden furniture pieces, from tables to cabinets and bespoke items, following detailed instructions and blueprints.

Using hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently to construct furniture.

Ensuring all components are correctly fitted and that the final product meets our high-quality standards.

Conducting quality checks on assembled items and making minor adjustments or repairs as needed.

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in assembly, ideally with wooden products, or a strong background in a similar hands-on, craft-based role.

 Proficiency with various hand tools and power tools commonly used in woodworking.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality finishes.

 Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, diagrams, and measurements accurately.

 A reliable, proactive, and team-oriented approach to work.

Strong understanding of health and safety practices in a workshop setting.
