Overview

One of my clients that have been established for 30 plus years are after Assembly Operatives to join there Stafford team , ST16. These Assembly Operative positions offer an excellent opportunity to work within a clean, modern, and well-organised warehouse environment with genuine long-term career prospects.

Daily Duties

As an Assembly Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling products and components to required specifications
• Building kits and preparing customer orders
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Skills Needed

Successful Assembly Operative candidates will have:

• Previous assembly or kit-building experience
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• The ability to read and follow instructions and diagrams

Salary and Benefits

Working as an Assembly Operative, you will receive:

• £13.19 per hour
• Monday to Friday working pattern (0800 - 16.30)
• Clean and modern warehouse environment
• Opportunity to secure a permanent contract following a successful temporary period
