Working Hours

  • 37 hours per week plus additional overtime when required
  • Monday to Thursday: Day shifts
  • Friday: Early finish

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and build manufactured products to strict quality standards
  • Work with a variety of mechanical and production components
  • Use measuring equipment and hand-held tools to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Read and interpret basic engineering drawings and work instructions
  • Carry out quality checks throughout the assembly process
  • Maintain a safe, organised and efficient work area
  • Work effectively as part of a production team to meet daily output targets
  • Support continuous improvement and housekeeping standards
  • Be flexible to work additional hours during busy periods

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing, production or assembly environment
  • Confident using hand tools and measuring equipment
  • Ability to follow written procedures and technical instructions
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Physically capable of standing for long periods and handling components safely
  • Strong awareness of workplace health and safety
  • Aerospace, Automotive, engineering or mechanical assembly experience would be advantageous
