Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Location: Fully Remote
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (1-hour lunch)

Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, are seeking an organised and detail-focused Asset Data Coordinator to support Asset Management and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring asset and maintenance data is accurately maintained across CAFM systems and aligned with industry best practice standards.

We are looking for a candidate with strong Excel and CAFM/CMMS experience who enjoys working with data, driving process improvements, and collaborating with a range of stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate asset and maintenance data within CAFM systems.
  • Support end-to-end asset management and planned preventative maintenance scheduling activities.
  • Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure work planning is completed before technician allocation.
  • Monitor data quality, accuracy, and compliance with legal, engineering, and operational standards.
  • Prepare and quality assure asset collection, verification, and planning templates.
  • Support KPI reporting, audits, inspections, and statutory compliance activities.
  • Manage data administration requests, queries, and escalations across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with customers, operational leads, and technical teams to identify improvements and deliver effective solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or CAFM systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced Excel functions and formulas.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality assurance.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaborative working style.
  • Flexible approach to supporting business and customer requirements.
