Assistant Accountant

What will the Assistant Accountant role involve?

• Supporting operations across Europe and the US through detailed analysis and data interpretation
• Contributing to variance analysis to ensure accurate financial performance reporting
• Partnering with various stakeholders to provide insights that drive cost efficiencies and process improvements
• Preparing reports and presentations for senior management, enabling strategic decision-making
• Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives within the finance team, fostering a proactive working environment

Suitable Candidate for the Assistant Accountant vacancy:

• A background in finance or accounting, ideally with exposure to month end processes, management accounting or manufacturing finance
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, problem solving, and data interpretation
• Effective communicator with the ability to partner with diverse teams and present complex data clearly
• Eagerness to develop expertise within a dynamic environment
• Studying towards AAT, ACCA, CIMA or ACA
