If you're currently a Senior Service Advisor, Service Supervisor, or Workshop Controller and you've been asking yourself "when am I finally going to get my chance in management?" - this could be exactly what you've been looking for.

A successful and expanding Main Dealer in the Chislehurst area is creating a brand-new Assistant Aftersales Manager position to support a busy and growing operation.

The reason for the role is simple: the department has become too big for one Aftersales Manager to manage alone.

This is a newly created position because the business is growing, the workshop is expanding, and the Aftersales Manager needs additional leadership support to help drive the department forward.

You'll be joining an established and successful team consisting of:

• 4 Service Advisors
• 1 Workshop Controller
• 1 Aftersales Manager
• 9 Technicians, increasing to 11-12 in the next month

Working directly alongside the Aftersales Manager, you'll gain exposure to every aspect of running a high-performing department, making this the perfect next step for someone ready to move beyond the day-to-day responsibilities of their current role.
