Duties of the Assistant Aftersales Manager:
  • Oversee the service advisors and manage the daily operations of the aftersales department
  • Provide leadership and support to ensure high standards of customer service
  • Assist in achieving departmental targets and improving service processes
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues to promote repeat business
  • Ensure compliance with all company standards and procedures
Requirements of the Assistant Aftersales Manager:
  • Prior experience as a Senior Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager is essential
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Good understanding of the UK automotive industry and aftersales operations
  • Customer-focused attitude with driven work ethic
