We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual for the role of Assistant Branch Manager in Romford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional looking to join a reputable motor trade business and develop their career within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Benefits for the successful Assistant Branch Manager:
  • Basic salary of £36,000 per annum, with an OTE of up to £40,000
  • Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
  • Alternate Saturday mornings from 8 am to 1 pm

Duties of the Assistant Branch Manager:
  • Assist in managing daily branch operations to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and service targets
  • Manage stock levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure availability
  • Provide excellent customer service and foster strong client relationships
  • Support the Branch Manager with administrative and financial responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements of the Assistant Branch Manager:
  • Minimum of two years' experience within the motor trade, ideally in a motorfactors environment
  • Proven experience in a supervisory, assistant manager, or managerial role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A valid driving licence is preferred
