About the Role:
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to assist in running a brand new branch, help lead a great team, and make a real impact on performance and customer experience .
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers at the trade counter & over the phone
- Help with loading and general branch duties
- Work with the Branch Manager to improve performance
- Supervise and motivate the team
- Support delivery of the branch sales plan
- Manage stock levels and replenishment
- Ensure safe and efficient daily operations (H&S)
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Provide cover for the Branch Manager
- Support the branch with other duties as required
- Experience in a supervisory or management role
- Customer-focused mindset
- Strong organisation and admin skills
- Confident communicator
- Good sales awareness and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships
