Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Centre Manager to join their team in Welwyn Garden City within a busy, reputable fast fit vehicle service centre. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated individual aiming to advance their career in the automotive fast fit sector. Benefits for the successful Assistant Centre Manager:
- Up to £36,000 salary depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
- Saturday working, 8.30am – 4pm

- Work within a national vehicle repair centre environment
- Opportunity to develop leadership skills within the automotive aftersales sector
- Assist the Centre Manager in the daily operations of the fast fit centre
- Manage customer appointments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Supervise and support the fast fit team to deliver quality services
- Maintain operational standards, health and safety compliance, and site cleanliness
- Support in achieving sales targets and operational objectives
- Contribute to the growth and profitability of the centre
- Previous experience in fast fit centres or automotive service management
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Practical understanding of automotive or fast fit services
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
- A proactive approach to customer service and centre operations
