Assistant Centre Manager
We are recruiting for an Assistant Centre Manager to work for our client who are in Warrington, Cheshire.
THE DUTIES:
- Support the Centre Manager with the daily operation and management of the centre
- Coordinate workloads to ensure targets and KPIs are met
- Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and centre presentation
- Monitor and control stock levels and stock value
- Ensure all work complies with company policies and procedures
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
- Assist in achieving company business objectives and centre performance goals
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to manage workloads, priorities, and meet KPIs
- Full UK driving licence
THE HOURS:
This is a Perm position.
Monday – Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 1pm
THE PAY:
You will earn an annual rate between £32k - £34k per annum.
