Roles & Responsibilities
- Take control of day-to-day contract delivery, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and client expectations are smashed
- Manage engineers, subcontractors, and supply chain to deliver responsive and planned works efficiently
- Drive performance, tackle issues head-on, and implement improvements across service delivery
- Handle disrepairs, complaints, and operational challenges with confidence and professionalism
- 5+ years within Maintenance or Facilities Management
- Experience as a Supervisor, Contracts Supervisor, or Assistant Contract Manager
- Strong technical knowledge of construction, repairs, and compliance
- Relevant qualifications (HNC or above) or solid hands-on experience
- Strong leadership – able to push teams and get results
- Commercial awareness – understands cost, value, and performance
- Confident communicator – able to deal with clients and challenge where needed
- Proactive mindset – solutions-focused and thrives under pressure
- £55,000 – £57,500 salary + strong overall package
- Clear progression path into full Contract Manager role
