Your portfolio will give the Board, Executive Team and leaders a clear, trusted view of delivery, emerging risk, regulatory obligations and opportunities for improvement. By connecting performance, insight, governance, risk, assurance and legal services, you will help Broadacres make confident decisions and translate its ambition into measurable organisational success. • Lead the organisation's data strategy, improving data maturity, ownership, quality and governance.

• Accelerate self-service reporting, dashboards and analytical capability, including Power BI and data warehousing.

• Provide strategic oversight of risk management, internal audit, assurance, insurance, business continuity, fraud, probity and data protection.

• Strengthen Board, Committee and Executive governance through efficient processes and high-quality decision support.

• Ensure Broadacres has access to pragmatic, timely legal advice through effective in-house and external provision.

• Lead, develop and connect the portfolio into a visible, trusted and highly regarded organisational service.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Broadacres has a clear and trusted line of sight across strategy, delivery, performance, risk and assurance. Leaders use high-quality insight to take action, governance supports effective decisions, legal risk is well managed and the organisation is ready to realise the benefits of digital and AIenabled improvement. Your leadership will make a tangible difference to how Broadacres performs and, ultimately, to the homes and services experienced by customers.

We are looking for an accomplished, values-led leader who can operate with credibility across the Senior Leadership Team, Executive Team, Board and Committees.
