Assistant Estates Manager in Selly Oak, West Midlands

Assistant Estates Manager - NHS - Birmingham - 4 on 4 off - days and nights - Salary to £61k

• Salary £44,000 - £50,000 plus a shift allowance of 22% of the salary offered
• Shift pattern of 2 days on (7am-7pm) then 2 nights on (7pm-7am) then 4 days off
• 80% office, 20% on tools
• 7 under them, 2 elec, 2 mech, 2 Maintenance Assistants, 1 fabric
• Manging workload, PPMs, reactive works, Meet SLAs, Covering sickness and annual leave, deal with escalations.
• Would look at an Electrical or Mechanical manager.
• If Electric, must be fully qualified and have AM2 and 18th edition. If Mechanical must have City & Guilds Mechanical Engineering Level 2 & 3 or City & Guilds Pipefitting & Plumbing Level 2 & 3 or City & Guilds Plumbing Level 2 & 3
• No car with this role as it's static

This role includes a DBS Standard check therefore ability to pass is essential.
