Academics are currently working with this very successful Primary school in Wandsworth to recruit an experienced Assistant Head and SENCo to join their team this September.

This role would suit an experienced Primary Assistant Head / SENCO with a SENCO qualification, who would enjoy working in a primary school that is 1 form entry. The school really is a brilliant place to work with an experienced Senior Leadership team who along with the teaching and support staff, go the extra mile to make sure all their children are challenged and supported to learn with an exciting curriculum and lots of fun along the way. All children, including those with barriers to learning make excellent progress.

To be successful in this role you will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Have a SENCO qualification and be adept at creating and delivering Educational Health Plans. Be able to work effectively with SLT, staff, parents/ carers and visiting specialist to provide excellent care, support and effective interventions for children with SEN. This role would suit a Primary SENCO who enjoys working with a medium case load and has excellent team management skills.
