We're looking for an Assistant Manager to join our specialist neurological care centre, Stagenhoe, in Hitchin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced health and social care professional to step into a leadership role where you can support colleagues, drive high-quality care, and make a real impact on people's lives.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the day-to-day management of the service
• Leading, motivating and developing care teams
• Ensuring high standards of person-centred care
• Supporting recruitment, supervision and staff development
• Assisting with rotas, budgets and service performance
• Maintaining compliance with CQC standards and regulations
• Participating in the on-call rota

About you

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or willing to work towards
• Experience leading or supervising staff within a care setting
• Good understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Passionate about delivering exceptional care and support
