We're recruiting on behalf of a growing, premium, service-led organisation looking for an enthusiastic and creative Community & Experience Manager to help deliver an exceptional customer experience within a vibrant, people-focused environment.

The Role

You'll be the heartbeat of a busy, welcoming environment, taking ownership of customer engagement, organising exciting events and ensuring everyone who walks through the doors enjoys an outstanding experience.

You'll be responsible for:

• Creating memorable experiences - Planning and delivering engaging events, activities and initiatives that bring people together.
• Driving exceptional service - Ensuring every customer interaction reflects the highest standards of hospitality and care.
• Building relationships - Creating a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere where people feel connected and valued.
• Leading and inspiring a team - Supporting, coaching and motivating a customer-focused front-of-house team.
• Supporting daily operations - Working alongside senior management to maintain exceptional standards throughout the building.
• Driving engagement and satisfaction - Bringing fresh ideas to enhance the customer journey, encourage loyalty and build a thriving community.
