Assistant Manager wanted for Luxury Jewellery Store
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to manage our Clients beautiful jewellery store in Bristol.
If you have been a senior sales person in a luxury (fashion, jewellery, beauty or accessories), or a manager ,(store manager, assistant manager or supervisor) in a store or showroom environment we would love to hear from you.
This is a luxury environment, so an understanding of luxury sales in jewellery, luxury, beauty, or fashion would be a great advantage.
The role offers a competitive salary plus an excellent commission scheme that can generate c.£6,000 per annum.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable products or services, and ensure a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions. Full jewellery training will be provided.
Duties
· Manage a small team and ensure that KPI targets are reached
· Manage the rota, organise events, and ensure high standards are maintained throughout the showroom.
· Train and develop your team – particularly around customer service and sales techniques.
· Engage with customers to assess their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
· Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product range to effectively communicate features and benefits.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
· Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the team.
· Assist in the organisation of promotional events and product demonstrations.
· Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
· Keep the sales floor well-organised, ensuring products are displayed attractively and stock levels are maintained.
Experience
· Previous sale experience and some managerial role is preferred within a luxury, beauty, fashion, jewellery or accessories retailer. A willingness to learn is key.
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
· Excellent verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening.
· Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Familiarity with retail software systems is advantageous but not required.
