Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times.

  • Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs), including cost control, labour ratios, and profitability.
  • Assist in implementing and improving operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency.
  • Act as a hands-on leader, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Financial & Business Performance

The Assistant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to drive revenue growth and overall business success.

  • Support initiatives to increase sales, including corporate and group bookings.
  • Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cost management strategies.

People & Culture

A key responsibility of the Assistant Manager is to lead, develop, and inspire the team.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Manage performance, provide coaching, and support career development.
