• Supporting the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Driving sales and store performance through key KPIs including sales, conversion, and ATV
• Taking responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager
• Supporting day-to-day store operations, stock management, and visual merchandising standards
• Coaching and developing team members to maximise their potential
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Helping to build strong local relationships and represent the brand within the community
• Ensuring the store reflects the brand's values, mission, and commitment to sustainability
• Maintaining high standards of customer service, store presentation, and operational excellence

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Department Manager, or experienced Team Leader within fashion, footwear, accessories, or a similar customer-focused retail environment
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of retail KPIs
• A confident, hands-on leader who enjoys coaching and developing a team
• High standards for customer service, store presentation, and operations
• Passion for ethical retail and sustainable fashion
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude
