What You'll Do as Assistant Manager:

• Take responsibility for the store, inspiring, leading, and developing a motivated and high-performing team.
  
• Deliver outstanding, personalised customer service that reflects the brand's identity and values.
• Lead the team to achieve sales, KPI, and profitability targets, identifying opportunities to maximise commercial performance.
• Maintain consistently high standards across visual merchandising, presentation, and day-to-day operations.
• Stock management, team rotas, health & safety, and company procedures.
  
• Represent the brand with confidence, acting as a true ambassador for its style, values, and customer experience.
