Assistant Manager

We are working with a premium, fast-growing hospitality business in Inverness looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional with strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering high standards.

  Support the management team with daily operations
• 
  Lead, motivate and develop the team
• 
  Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• 
  Maintain high service and operational standards
• 
  Support sales, KPIs and commercial performance
• 
  Manage shifts and resolve customer queries
• 
  Support team training and development
• 
  Ensure company, health & safety and operational standards are maintained

• 
  Previous Assistant Manager or senior hospitality experience
• 
  Experience within a premium or customer-focused environment
• 
  Strong leadership and communication skills
• 
  Commercially aware with experience working to targets
• 
  Confident managing a team in a fast-paced environment
• 
  Professional, positive and hands-on approach
• 
  Flexible to work evenings and weekends
• 
  Experience or qualifications relating to wine, beverages or hospitality would be highly desirable
