Are you a dynamic Assistant Manager with a passion for footwear and fast-moving fashion? We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join a trend-led footwear retailer operating in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and keeping pace with the latest footwear trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in the day to day running of a busy footwear retail store
- Drive sales performance and consistently achieve key KPIs
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and product knowledge
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards in line with current trends
- Support recruitment, training, and development of the store team
- Ensure stock control, replenishment, and store operations are executed efficiently
- Create an engaging and energetic shopping environment that reflects a trend-led brand
