Assistant Manager in Bristol, Gloucestershire

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a thriving fashion brand as Assistant Manager within a high-profile store in Bristol.
We're looking for an ambitious, commercially driven and customer-focused retail professional who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales, developing the team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll be hands-on, leading from the shop floor and helping to create a high-performing, positive store environment.

You'll be responsible for:

  Supporting the Store Manager in driving sales and commercial performance
• 
  Leading, motivating and developing the team
• 
  Taking responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence
• 
  Delivering an outstanding customer experience
• 
  Supporting visual merchandising and store presentation
• 
  Maintaining high standards across stock, operations and compliance
• 
  Using KPIs and commercial insight to maximise sales opportunities
• 
  Building strong customer relationships and representing the brand

We're looking for someone with:

• 
  Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Supervisor in a fashion retail environment
• 
  A proven ability to lead and motivate a retail team
• 
  Strong commercial awareness and a passion for achieving results
• 
  A genuine focus on customer service
• 
  Excellent communication and leadership skills
• 
  A passion for fashion, people and delivering high standards
• 
  The ambition to develop and progress their retail career
