Assistant Project Manager

Right now, they’re looking for a driven Assistant Project Manager to join their growing Project Delivery Team!

The ideal candidate will come from a background in project administration or early-stage project management, bringing great communication skills, a full UK driving licence, and a valid passport for the occasional trip abroad. If you're proactive, love solving problems, and are excited to keep learning, you’ll fit right in.

With a clear pathway to step up to Project Manager within about two years, this is an exciting time to join the team and make the role your own.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers with day-to-day project delivery, logistics, and Health & Safety paperwork.
  • Act as a key contact for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Assist with project scheduling, applications for payment, and technical requirements.
  • Attend progress meetings and regularly update key stakeholders.
  • Visit project sites across the UK (and occasionally Europe) to monitor progress and ensure seamless delivery.

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 2 years in project administration or early-stage project management (construction, acoustics, M&E, or HVAC experience is a bonus, but not essential).
  • Full UK driving licence, valid passport, and willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally abroad (including overnight stays).
  • Excellent communication, strong organisation, and effective stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proactive, solution-focused, and committed to continuous learning and personal development.
