The position is for a regional main-contractor who turnover £10-£20m annually within the commercial, residential and local authorities sector.
The role is for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities:
- Supporting Senior Quantity Surveyor.
- Take-offs
- Valuations
- Cost reporting
- Site visits
- Estimating
- Managin sub-contractors
Requirements for the Assistant Quantity Surveyor role are:
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Some estimating or quantity surveying experience
- Experience with construction process
