We are currently recruiting for the position of Assistant Sales Manager on behalf of our client, a reputable dealership located in Southend-On-Sea, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade individuals seeking career advancement within a dynamic and well-established organisation.

Duties of a Assistant Sales Manager:
  • Managing daily sales operations and supporting the sales team to achieve targets
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships as a Assistant Sales Manager
  • Mentoring and guiding junior staff members to maximise team performance
  • Ensuring compliance with all company policies and industry standards
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to optimise sales prospects
Requirements of a Assistant Sales Manager:
  • Proven management experience within the motor trade, such as senior sales, assistant sales manager, or sales controller
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Proactive attitude with a strong drive to succeed
  • Knowledge of automotive industry standards and current market trends
