You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a high-quality residential development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades and site activities
- Ensure health & safety standards are met at all times
- Assist with site inspections and quality checks
- Monitor progress against programme
Requirements:
- Experience in housebuilding or construction
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Relevant site certifications desirable
