You'll receive one-to-one training, mentorship and guidance throughout the project, with a clear pathway to progressing into a Site Manager position within the next 12 months.

Working closely with an experienced Project Manager, you'll gain hands-on experience across all aspects of project delivery, learning how to successfully manage complex construction programmes, subcontractors, quality control and the unique challenges that come with heritage and restoration projects.
The Role
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of a complex Grade Listed restoration project.
- Working alongside and learning directly from an experienced Project Manager.
- Coordinating subcontractors and monitoring progress across site.
- Maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
- Assisting with programme management, quality inspections and site logistics.
- Developing a strong understanding of traditional construction and restoration techniques.
- Playing an integral role in the successful delivery of a prestigious project.

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience working as an Assistant Site Manager or Trainee Site Manager for a Main Contractor.
- Ambitious, motivated and eager to progress into Site Management.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
- An interest in heritage, restoration or complex construction projects.
- Relevant site qualifications including SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid are desirable.
