Assistant Site Manager

Assistant Site Manager – Oxford – Residential Timber Frame Development 

Our client are a main contractor, who are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a residential project in Oxford for the ongoing

Projects you will be involved with:

• Residential New Build

• Timber Frame Development

Key Duties: 

• Reporting to the Site Manager or other senior managers as required 

• Assisting the Site Manager or other senior project managers with producing and maintaining:

  • Short term programmes

  • Site records

  • Daily labour and plant allocation sheets

  • Site diaries

  • Health & Safety Inductions

  • Method Statements

  • Risk & COSSH assessments

  • Toolbox talks

  • Scaffold inspections

  • Materials logs

MUST HAVE:

• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
• Ideally Timber Frame experience
