💰 Up to £53,000 + Package

I'm working with a well-regarded residential developer looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager for a new build housing development on the Hertfordshire/North London border.

This opportunity would particularly suit an ASM who is on the cusp of stepping up to Site Manager level, with a clear progression route into an SM position within approximately 12 months for the right person.

You'll work closely with the Site Manager, supporting with:
* Subcontractor management
* Health & safety
* Build quality
* Programme delivery
* CML preparation

Ideally, you'll already have solid new build residential experience, preferably traditional build housing, and be confident taking on increasing responsibility as you work towards that next step.

CSCS, First Aid and SSSTS/SMSTS required.

💰 Salary up to £53,000 + package
