An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Assistant Site Manager to join one of the UK's most respected premium housebuilders on a prestigious residential development in the Bridgwater area.

The RoleWorking closely with the Site Manager, you will play an important role in the successful delivery of a high-quality housing development from construction through to customer handover.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of the construction site.
- Supervising and coordinating subcontractors and trades.
- Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
- Monitoring programme progress and supporting the achievement of build deadlines.
- Carrying out quality inspections and assisting with the management of snagging and defects.
- Supporting the delivery of an exceptional finished product and customer experience.
- Maintaining accurate site records and ensuring company procedures are followed.
- Helping to create a positive, professional and collaborative site environment.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within volume housebuilding or residential construction.
You will be:

Relevant qualifications including SMSTS or SSSTS, First Aid and CSCS will be required.
