Assistant Site Manager - Rusper, West Sussex

Housebuilder - Start date 14th August

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to provide cover on a residential development in Rusper, West Sussex, working with a wekk established medium sized developer.

The role will include:

• Coordinating the trades and subcontractors on site
• Monitoring build progress and quality
• Carrying out snagging and assisting with plots through to completion
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
• Helping keep the developemnt running to programme

We are looking for someone with:

• Previosu experience with residential housebuilding
• Good knwoledge of traditional build housing
• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS
