We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to provide short-term holiday cover on a new build residential development in Bicester.

Working alongside the existing site team, you will assist with the day-to-day management of the development, helping to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development
• Coordinating subcontractors and monitoring site activities
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety
• Assisting with quality control and site inspections
• Ensuring work progresses in line with programme

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on new build residential developments
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
• Available to work Tuesday 4th August through Friday 7th August

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Site Manager looking for a short-term freelance assignment with an established residential developer.
