Assistant Site Manager in West Malling, Kent

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager in the Kent area to support the No.1 on site, as well as coordination of day-to-day activities. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well performing national Housebuilder on a multi award winning scheme.

The ideal candidate will have extensive background in volume housebuilding and a flawless health and safety record.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day coordination of on-site operations, driving construction programmes to ensure plots are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct rigorous inspections across all trades, managing snagging processes and ensuring strict compliance with NHBC standards, building regulations, and specification requirements.
• Supervise on-site trade contractors and labour, monitoring daily progress, coordinating site logistics, and holding teams accountable for performance, safety, and productivity.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer care teams to ensure plots are ready for meticulous pre-completion checks, delivering a seamless handover experience for new homeowners.
