Rate: £28–£30 per hour depending on experience
Start Date: Immediate 
Duration: Ongoing temp or the opportunity to secure a permanent position after 3 months.

Are you an experienced Assistant Site Manager looking for your next freelance opportunity?

We're working with a well-established housing developer seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a new build residential development in Kenilworth. You'll be working alongside an experienced Site Manager, giving you the opportunity to further develop your skills while playing a key role in delivering high-quality homes.

• Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of a busy new build housing development.
• Managing plots from pre-plaster through to handover.
• Ensuring work is completed safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining excellent health & safety on site.

• Minimum 2 years' experience as an Assistant Site Manager on new build housing developments.
• Proven experience managing plots from pre-plaster through to handover.
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• £28–£30 per hour
• Immediate start
• Ongoing freelance contract
• Opportunity to go permanent after 3 months
• Work with an experienced Site Manager on a quality residential development.
