Salary: Up to £36,500 per annum + Quarterly Bonus + Benefits

IDEAL CANDIDATE

· A natural, confident and engaging leader with a genuine passion for people
· Previous management experience within a consultative, service-led retail environment
· A strong salesperson who understands how to identify a customer’s needs, build rapport and make personalised recommendations
· Experience developing long-lasting customer relationships and delivering a high level of individual service
· A current Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or experienced Supervisor looking for their next opportunity
· Commercially aware with a strong understanding of sales targets and retail KPIs
· Confident coaching a team on selling techniques, product knowledge and customer experience
· Someone who leads from the front and is equally comfortable selling to customers as they are managing and developing their team
· A strong communicator who can adapt their approach to different customers
· Able to demonstrate a strong track record of achieving results within a sales-focused environment

THE ROLE – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering the commercial success of this high-profile flagship store
· Lead from the front, delivering a highly personalised and consultative customer experience
· Build genuine relationships with customers, understand their individual needs and provide tailored product recommendations
· Coach and develop the team to confidently engage customers, ask the right questions and maximise sales opportunities
· Drive store performance across sales targets and key commercial KPIs
· Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
· Support customer appointments, corporate clients and wedding parties, ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish
· Ensure the team has excellent product knowledge and the confidence to use this when advising customers
· Recognise great performance and provide regular coaching and constructive feedback
· Use commercial reports and store data to identify opportunities to improve performance
· Support the Store Manager across stock, recruitment, colleague engagement, HR, Health & Safety and compliance
