Our client is one of the most recognisable names in the North-West Architecture scene. They have an established office in an excellent location in central Chester.
They are busy, and expect to remain so for the coming years. They are looking to hire someone to join them at Associate level to continue the support of existing projects, start on new schemes, and to be part of the future succession planning of the office moving forward. Their busy studio is home to experienced and Architects and multi-discipline professionals of all ages and sector-backgrounds. The future pipeline of work is likely to be multi-sector; Education, Commercial, Residential and everything in-between. They are proud to embrace the usage of REVIT on almost all projects.

Ideally we are looking to recruit someone either working at Associate-level, or a confident Senior Architect looking to move further towards a leadership role. This will include the leading of projects, supporting/mentoring lesser-experienced colleagues and coordinating with senior management on important matters: budgeting, project planning, resourcing, recruitment, etc.

The ideal candidate (Associate Architect) will meet the following criteria:

• ARB/RIBA Architect - We would consider an experienced Senior Technologist if other criteria are met.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification 
• Experienced in a Senior role.
• A proven job-runner, team-leader and manager.
• Desire to further develop & expand experience, working towards Associate Director/Directorship.
• Multi-sector, medium & large-scale project experience.
• REVIT proficiency would be an advantage. Training/support can be offered.
• Live in commutable distance to Chester.
