Associate Building Surveyor

Associate Building Surveyor in Central London paying £53,000 with OTE up to £150,000 pa through a quarterly performance bonus. This is a Permanent, Full-time position combining commercial building surveying delivery with client development and fee generation.

Responsibilities

• Generate building surveying instructions through established clients, industry contacts and professional relationships.
• Lead commercial refurbishment and improvement projects reaching approximately £10 million.
• Manage technical due diligence, dilapidations and portfolio commissions.
• Own WIP, billing, fee recovery and profitability across managed accounts.
• Develop existing clients by identifying requirements across complementary consultancy disciplines.

Requirements

• MRICS chartered status.
• Senior-level commercial building surveying consultancy experience.
• Experience developing clients and generating repeat professional instructions.
• Established professional network capable of supporting future fee generation.
• Project delivery experience alongside technical due diligence or dilapidations capability.

Salary & Package

• Base salary £53,000
• OTE up to £150,000 pa
• Quarterly performance bonus with 40% potential on qualifying fee income above cost.
